Each year, WSBA sponsors on a charity ball. Faculty at Washburn Law donate “packages” which are then auctioned, with the the proceeds being donated to a local charity. The fun-filled evening includes dining, dancing, and mingling with both faculty and students. In 2010, YWCA Center for Safety and Empowerment and the Topeka Community Cycle Project each received $4,750 as a result of the event.

The 2011 Barrister’s Ball will be Saturday, November 12
Ramada Inn Downtown (Regency Ballroom).
Doors open at 6:00 p.m.; dinner served at 7:00 p.m.
