(Adopted October 1997)

1. Notice of all meetings shall be posted on the WSBA Bulletin Board, to all students by E-mail, and to all Executive Council members by putting notice in their mail folder. Such notice shall contain the time, place, and agenda.
2. The last regular meeting of the outgoing Executive Council shall also be the first meeting of the incoming Executive Council herein after shall be known as the Transition Meeting. The outgoing Council shall discuss and dispose of “Old Business” of the outgoing Council. In the event the President and Vice-President are unable to preside at the Transition Meeting the remaining Council members shall by a majority vote of eligible members present elect a temporary chair for the Transition Meeting.
3. All business conducted or decision reached at any meeting shall be decided by a simple majority vote of the members present. An abstention by a member present shall be construed as such and shall be numbered among the total votes needed for the determination of a majority for passage.
4. There shall be an attendance sheet and failure to sign it during the meeting shall be counted as an absence. For the purpose of the KBA and ABA, compliance by one member of the office with the requirements of this section shall be deemed compliance for the entire office.
