I. Bylaw 103 shall pertain to the Internet Used Bookstore at Washburn Law School.

II. The Operator(s) of the Bookstore shall be appointed by the WSBA. And shall serve from April 1 until April 1 of the following year subject to the provisions of this Bylaw.

III. A contract for the operation of the Bookstore shall be entered into between the WSBA and the Bookstore Operator(s). The contract shall contain provisions to ensure the Bookstore Operator(s) performance.

IV. The Bookstore shall be kept open regularly in accordance with predictable periodic student demands.

V. The Operator(s) will be responsible for giving notice to all consignors of outdated texts. The Operator(s) may dispose of outdated inventory thirty (30) days after notice has been sent.

VI. The obligation of the Bookstore Operator(s) shall continue until all reimbursement checks have been mailed or distributed.
